That's just a typical flash design that almost every shop had in the 90's, when the tribal tattoo fad was strong. Now, tribals are so overdone and boring, I refuse to do them in my shop. What tribe do you belong to? Why not come up with something more original rather than something a million other people already have?

One of the best tattoos I have ever seen was by Chris Garver (of Miami Ink fame.) It paired a dragon and a tiger. Of critical importance according to Chris (and I agree), is the dragon and the tiger need to look into each other's eyes.
So I would draw a line across your body from the perspective of the dragon, and then have your tattoo artist do a custom piece that places the tiger accordingly.
